Providing specific details about the delivery location is important. Let us know the type of address (e.g., business, apartment, condo, house, basement suite) to ensure a smooth delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable at the provided address, or if the address is incorrect, gated, or inaccessible, the driver will return the order to our store. Reattempting delivery will require the purchaser to cover any additional delivery fees.

Note: For deliveries outside of Victoria BC, if our courier returns the order to our store, an additional fee will apply for both the return and any subsequent delivery attempts.
