Damaged Item Returns
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing orders@foreverflorals.ca with your order details and photos of the damage. We will do our best to replace the item at no extra cost to you.
General Returns
The following rules apply for general returns:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unused, condition. Items with signs of use may be refused.
Returns made after 14 days may incur a restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
All returns must include the original order number and be submitted via our Return Request Form.
We do not accept returns sent using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) services.
Special Orders
All special orders are Final Sale. Special orders will be inspected prior to shipment for defects to ensure quality.
Sending Returns
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return address and a return order number via email. Please follow these steps:
Pack the item(s) securely and send them via your preferred shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, or your local postal service).
Reply to the notification email with the tracking number, shipping carrier, and date of shipment.
Retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refund timelines depend on your payment method:
Credit Card Payments: Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement.
E-Transfer Payments: Refunds typically appear within 1–3 business days.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by submitting a Request Form and providing your order number. A full refund will be issued.
For cancellations requested after 24 hours but before the order ships, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
If the order has already shipped, cancellations are not accepted. You may follow the return process instead.

How can I exchange an order? To exchange, place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund for the returned item(s).
Can I get a full refund for my return? Yes, refunds are issued for returned items in eligible condition. However, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
How long will it take to process my refund? Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Processing times may vary based on your payment method.
What if my package is refused or undelivered? If your package is returned to us due to refusal or non-delivery, we can resend it or issue a refund. For reshipments, additional shipping fees may apply. Submit a Request Form to arrange this.

Do not include a signature requirement on return packages, as this may delay processing.
